Day 1: Chandigarh – Naina Devi – Chintpurni
Pick up from Chandigarh airport/ railway station and drive to Naina Devi temple. Goddess Naina Devi, located in the Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. Temple is located on the hilltop and is accessible by cable car and by walk also Depending on time availability. Apart from the religious significance, the temple is situated in a picturesque location with lush greenery and beautiful landscapes.
After the visit to Naina Devi temple, drive to Chintpurni ji which is located in Una district. It takes around 3 to 4 hrs to reach Chintpurni ji . On arrival,you will be transferred to the hotel. If time permits, you may visit the temple or plan for the next day early in the morning. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Chintpurni – Jwala ji – kangra – Dharamshala
Morning visit Maa Chintpurni temple. Chintpurni Mata Temple, also known as Chinnamastika Temple. According to the legend, it is believed that Goddess Chintpurni grants relief from worries and troubles (chinta), and hence she is named Chintpurni. The temple is dedicated to the severed head of Goddess Sati, which is believed to have fallen at this spot.
After visiting Maa Chintpurni temple, drive to Dharamshala and enroute visit Jwala Ji temple and Kangra Ji temple.
The Jwala Ji Temple is situated in the lower Himalayan town of Jwalamukhi. It is located in the Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Jwala Ji Temple doesn’t house an idol but a continuously burning blue flame that emanates from the rock sanctum. There are nine flames representing the nine manifestations of Goddess Durga.
After Jwala Ji , drive to Kangra Devi temple also known as Nagarkot. The main deity of the temple is Goddess Bajreshwari, a form of Goddess Durga.
After the temple darshan, you will be transferred to the hotel in Dharamshala . Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 : Dharamshala – Baijnath – Chamunda Devi – Dharamshala
Morning visit Chamunda Devi followed by the visit Palampur tea gardens & baijnath temple.
Chamunda Devi temple is dedicated to Goddess Chamunda, a fearsome aspect of the goddess Durga. According to history, Goddess Chamunda is said to have killed the demons Chand and Mund at this location. The goddess is often depicted as a powerful and fierce deity. The temple is set against a backdrop of the Dhauladhar mountain range, providing a scenic and serene environment for worship.
Later drive to Baijnath temple enroute visiting Tea gardens of Palampur.
Baijnath Temple is a historic and significant Hindu temple located in the town of Baijnath in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, India. Baijnath Temple is situated on the left bank of the River Binwa, a tributary of the Beas River. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is also known as the Baijnath Shiva Temple.
After full day visits, return back to the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 : Dharamshala – Chandigarh
After breakfast, drive to Chandigarh and drop by the airport or railway station with sweet memories of your trip.
